Job Summary: Responsible for die-casting dies and trim die repairs, changeovers and upgrades. Required to perform set-up and operation of all tool room equipment, with ability to use of precision measuring tools. Capable of troubleshooting problems related to tooling. May assist co-workers in all areas pertaining to die repair functions.
Further Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience with repair of die casting dies. Should possess good communication skills.
Die Casting Machine Operator— Experienced
Job Summary:
Operates a die casting machine to produce either aluminum, magnesium or zinc alloy die cast components. Supervises transfer of molten metal to heated reservoir of machine by an overhead crane operator or supplies ingots to machine furnace. Machine production programming performed by others. In the case of non-automated casting ejection, removes completed castings from die. May also peform the Trim Press Operator function, as required by customer demands.
Further Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience as a die casting machine operator. Should possess good communication skills.
Maintenance Mechanic
Job Summary:
Strong electrical background in machine wiring and ability to read electrical blue prints. Must have experience with installing and wiring Allan Bradley PLC's. Must be experienced with Hydraulic HVAC. Die casting experience is a plus.
Further Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience as a maintenance mechanic. Must also possess good communication skills.
